if co2 diffuser got algae growth how to clean up?

Hello sifu sifu! Newbie here to planted aquariums Thinking of reviving my old 16x10x10 rimless aquarium. Wondering what kind of substrate to use to plant JHG? ADA soil out of budget le. What other soil is good and can do the job?

help...tank water turned cloudy after water change ( 50%)

cleaned filter with existing tank water and top up with tank water (before draining).

Any idea or solutions to it?
am thinking of making the bacter 100+ clear super+ penac W solution and pour in.

How about Philips halolite?

I have plant aquarium hoppy for quite some years. but i am no improvement in the planting knowledege. So i come to here hope can gain some knowledge and share with each other.

I find out my plant after plant some time in the aquarium , it sure will have a algae as the below image. Can anyone advice any solution can fix the problem ?

My tank is 3ft tank , i use PL light 36 W. i using the "ADA brighty K" ", "green brighty special shade" and "green brighty step 3"

Can anyone assist what should i to buy or what is the step i need to take to ensure no algae stick into my plant as below .

Luqee, Thanks for sharing and the buble machine i means is  air pump.
I heard someone say when at night the CO2 stop , the plant need o2 to process. So air pump help to process o2 at tank.

However the BBA really annoy me , i dont know what is that because over fertilizer or lighting , as mention by forum member sisaiko and ciohbu mention 4 hours lighting contidion sound like not the issue for BBA. 

between should i stop using ADA step 3 green brighty ?
Willm it help the BBA issue.

Below is my tank . 3 years already the plant still poor.

added bacter 100, clear super on Saturday.
did slight water change.

water condition still not improving, in fact cloud is getting greening. suspect is algae now.

Any suggestions? am thinking of more water change and adding activated carbon.

its not a newly setup tank and not problem with water source. my other tank water is clear.

Why we want to use lava rock? Mind without lava rock and ADA powersand my glosso can grow very well. I have to trim it almost every 2 weeks. From my experience just use ADA amazonia soil is enough. If got extra money invest into the filter even better choice. If the filtering system is good then very seldom we can see algae grow in our tank. Last time my tank always attack by algae but now even i switch on my lighting for 12 hours everyday also no problem. The most improtant is your filter. This is from my past experience. I would like to share here.
