was hearing how popular is myofusion and since my nitrotech hardcore proseries is finishing i was wondering wether a protein blend's whey provide enough fast acting protein post workout
since after workout consuming fast acting proteins is best , whey is my first pick but since blends have whey in it, does a normal serving size(2 scoops) provide the nessesary amount of fast acting proteins? |

so NT is a protein blend or whey? from the ingredient there seems like no blend at all and just whey or mostly whey
