N45SF gpu seems to underclock itself when it is stressed(like gaming). And that results in serious lagging in gaming by which the game are game that the gpu can support

Seems like N55SF Core i5 get the gooding lol
HD+ and Matte...
Play games,
or run MSI AfterBurner and Furmark.

u din post the guide to permanently set a specific game to use Nvidia GPU????

even Intel HD3000 can play that in low settings le 
should go for more graphic demanding games to test out GPU like Crysis, Crysis 2, Metro 2033, ACB or Battlefield 2

bro if u can u try the furmark + MSI afterburner test first. Coz thats much smaller. And faster lol. I think its N45SF hardware problem. I think tmr i'm going to ASUS service centre in KL and see how they say about this

black ops can play with weaker GPU cause it uses more CPU processing power....but of course not with Intel HD3000
