N45SF gpu seems to underclock itself when it is stressed(like gaming). And that results in serious lagging in gaming by which the game are game that the gpu can support

download this 2 programme. One is call furmark another one is call msi afterburner. U just open afterburner, it will show something like a graph at the right side. U just open furmark, no need to modify anything just hit burn-in test. While let it run look at the graph of the MSI afterburner. Much appreciate if u could share a screenshot of it. Let it run like 5 minutes.

Asus policy can 1 on 1 exchange if its hardware problem. I'm on 5th day ady. So i think i will go over there tmr. Coz a few users have this problem ady. So i think very high chance its a hardware problem. If it is i think i will demand them to change a new unit for me


@lee sifu, just now something funny happen. I opened up assassin's creed brotherhood but left it too long coz i went to toilet. Then when i come back it was playing the intro movie. Then i watched the movie fully then only enter and try. The game went perfectly smooth. MSI afterburner smooth also. But then i wanna try again, i quit the game and try again then cannot ady@@

bro if u can u try the furmark + MSI afterburner test first. Coz thats much smaller. And faster lol. I think its N45SF hardware problem. I think tmr i'm going to ASUS service centre in KL and see how they say about this

black ops also somewhere around there. But worth trying. Crysis those are heavy and really demanding one. That will make the problem prominent(if have problem). Awaiting your furmark+afterburner test ya xD

i think we are facing the same problem. Now we are still looking for solution. Looks like only n45SF have this issue

ok. U just download furmark and also MSI afterburner. Then:

1. u start MSI afterburner. U will see it showing ur gpu clock speed and right hand side there got something like graphs one.

2. then u start the furmark. Once u open it, no need to modify anything, just press burn in test. Then another window will come out and some graphic running. Now ur gpu is undergoing stressing. Let the test run like 5 minutes or so

3. then u click back MSI afterburner. Observe the graphs. If can, take a screenshot and post it here, so we all can discuss

thats what i scare lol. Coz semester starts soon. So i cannot wait for too long. Somemore i'm not from KL cannot just go there often. BTW, if other users(N45SF) also same problem as mine, even 1 on 1 exchange also no use. Coz also same problem.....

So now i'm still thinking whether wanna go or not....

If go i think i will go tmr. But i'm still waiting other user's result. Coz if all same problem ar, go there exchange also same defect.....

but let them know the problem is good no doubt. But i cannot afford to leave my laptop there for them to check, coz my semester starts soon....
