To make sure our job done fast, we've setup our very own RNG system for years.
RNG stands for random number generator.
It's basically the chances of getting your item in good shape or broken state.
With this system we will have our minion to throw your parcel, by this we will be able to cut cost for phone call and time of waiting for signature.

If you wish to claim on the case, please request shipper to revert back to us, we may reconsider it only if you shown us photo as prove that your item is in very bad shape.
Also fragile as in our company language, it's means throw. Please avoid it to have better luck.
