I bought a TV from 11Street. The seller used Airpak service to courier.
1) When they give you info for tracking item, there is also a phone number there for Airpak also. No matter how many times called, no answer.
2) 11Street helpline assisted and gave another number. A girl answered. So I requested that the TV be delivered on Saturday because I will be at home. She said "Can" and "Already input to the system". So means, already arrange for delivery on Saturday.
3) Today (Wednesday) morning, the delivery guy called me asking if I'm at home. I replied already make arrangement for Saturday delivery. He replied "Cannot la boss. I already in Shah Alam area. Need to send today". LUCKILY, so happened, I'm actually still at home at that time. As the driver said, he will arrive in 10 minutes, he arrived with my TV.
That's my experience with Airpak.
