Hi,
my new Panasonic aircon (CSC9MKH) suddenly turned off by itself after 30-45 mins and the timer keeps on flashing. When it was turned on again after 30-45 mins it will turn off again and the timer keeps on flashing. anyone face this issue before, please tell me what's wrong with this aircon sad.gif

damn hate panasonic after sales service!. i just got it installed!

Anyway.. u got chek wat mode u r now on?? Thr is an auto mode which would do tat .. I mean off and on back by itself..

U can get 1 to 1 exchange if it is still within 7 days. I suspect the installation was not properly done.

Not sure if you issue is that same as what a friend of mine had with his.
In his case, it seems that the is some blockage in the condensation pipe. The water could not flow out and caused back flow and the aircon turn off itself to prevent damage. He finally got the back flow problem resolved and till now no issue of the aircon turning off itself.
You may want to see if this is also your problem.

on the remote control, there should be 2 type of switch-on button, which button did you press?

Encountered this problem before... It was due to problem with the outdoor unit... Not properly installed..

hi there,
if your new panasonic air cond timer led blinking around 30-45mins then this problem have to answer,
1st, copper coil sensor
2nd, gas leak.
hope this help.

Lack of gas will made the air con shut down. Call ur contractor and get it fix. Panasonic will not repair the fault if the fault is in your contractor side.

There could be some charges from Panasonic. Better confirm before you get them over tongue.gif

i have the same problem too.. but mine after 2 years.. hmm... seems Panasonic aircond is not reliable.
