just had my wedding last week during the day of 11/9. Using my white insight as the wedding car. Though the back is a bit weird, but no doubt i liked it a lot!

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « just an update: went for 10km service as well as ask them to see whether can close the gap or not. Apparently cannot, SC ask me to go ahead and claim for a replacement. They already helped me placed an order for it. Hopefully will arrive within 2 - 3 weeks. |

QUOTE(calvin_ng @ Oct 4 2011, 09:55 PM) hello... Insight 1.3 is rated at 100hp mated to CVT (Multimatic S) is very powerfull, agreed that with IMA batt, is as good as 1.6 yeap.look at City 1.5 Idsi it is only rated at 88hp mated to CVT (multimatic S) I can actually run 160-180 on highway if look at Insight specification (on paper) it is as good as a 1.6L engine (compare to any normal 1.6l car the ps is same or better) so on highway cruising it is pretty comfortable... as I know I can go on par with the NHC on highway If u guys notice, whenever the batt is on assist mode, the car will have a slight boost. It's more obvious if u are going up hill. With and without the batt assist is pretty obvious. So if saying about over taking cars, shouldn't be a major problem. unless u are trying to overtake a 90 - 120 kmh car? |

yesterday i was stuck in the jam for quite long. i was on eco mode and of course will engage to autostop for each stop (my each stop really take quite a while, at least 1 minute), and to one point of time when in the middle of autostop, my car engine started fire up again, but the sound is different this time, the sound had more acceleration power on it, and what's more? the acceleration did not stop, the RPM maintain at more than 1000. i quickly scroll the panel and notice the batt has gone completely EMPTY. yeah so i immediately know that the acceleration was to charge the batt. but am wondering, what has caused the batt to drain so much during autostop and jam?
another thing is, while my batt was empty, driving with it means the power is back to 1.3. seriously, the car really feels like cant move at all O_O, and i can tell u guys, driving the car without the batt aint fun |
