Nephtie bite me on the first day i got her, but after that she never bit me again, tho today she bit my housemate's finger O: It wasn't painful, but i was kinda disappointed that she didn't anoint herself D: It looks so cute in youtubes i wanna see it for myself >:

I put my mealworm container floating around in a bucket of water now lolz.. they all look so fat now.... feel bad to feed them to Nephtie ;_;

Yep, poking definitely hurt more thn biting, or maybe coz i'm used to playing with cats and dogs too much... cats play = kena bite and wrestle with hand dog play = wrestle with whole body + your whole arm become chew bone

Nope, my girl is only a month+ and she eats rc36 too =D

LOL! Nephthys was so cute today, she drank water from the bottle by pushing the metal ball in with her nose and letting the water slip down to her mouth. Very clever, but... won't water go in her nose? X_x

Well the first few days she did bite it like that bottle killed her pet or something .__. and that was before I knew about the set of teeth, but the previous owner said he used bottle on all his hogs so I thought that was normal

New picchas! Nephthys is getting big... real fast O_O She isn't obese since she can still roll into a ball just fine (since she do it all the time when i get her out of her box ;_;) She's almost as big as an adult hedgie now, and so.. round...

Nah this is not her enclosure, that's her portable enclosure I only put her in that when i bring her to my bf's house. Usually she'll be in this cat cage in my bath room and the cage door is left open for her to run around the bathroom when she needs exercise =D

OHOHOHOHOHO.... THE POWER OF shopping at Daiso XP That's from Daiso, its like a pet's pad. It keeps the enclosure dry and clean =D and minimum smell. It comes with many sizes too. gosh i sound like a sales woman >.>

Nephthys doesn't like fruits and vege too... I tried banana, apple and even baby food (yogurt + strawberry).. which reminds me, OMG THE BABY FOOD STILL ROTTING IN THE FRIDGE

If I'm not wrong as long as the ingredient has 20 or more % of protein and 10 or lower % of fat. correct me if i'm wrong =D

I got my first pupa today! From my meal worms, do i need to separate it from the others?

My pupa got eaten by Nephthys ;_; She actually toppled the bucket i put it in and stole it when i'm not around... /emoonecorner now nephthys happily sleeping in her hideout again OTL

The last time i tried that she emoed and ran away from home(cage) and after a while of messing up my room in search of her, i found her sleeping in a box under my roommate's bed >.>

She's used to me, just pms every time i check up on her in her hideout (which means ball of spikes). Her spikes are always down when i handle her but she rather stay in her hideout every time i'm around which = RUN FOR CAGE AND INTO THE BOX once i put her on the ground ;_;

It's like she's in her rebellious childhood stage /sadmom

Bunny>yea mine too, she turns into a ball when i found her, its like she knows she in trouble for doing what she did XD

its sad but mine balls up every time i first approach her, she will only relax after she sniff my fingers.

and u guys have any prob with suicidal hedgies? mine doesn't seem to be afraid of heights... she just.. walks into thin air when she's at the edge of something, and catching her is painful X_x

Well its usually so sudden that I'll reach out instinctively. Yesterday she walks off the chair, bounced on my hand when i tried to catch her(ouchh), popped on the floor and continued running around the floor like nothing happened...

Yay 3 new pupas! ants tried to attack them. thank goodness I found out in time when ants started swarming in the cup they are in. I usually won't kill ants for no reason but and angry mommy can really kill >8( and i didn't know pupas can still twitch, i thought they're suppose to be hard and solid?
