Price is overkill for Cybejaya at the moment. Heard phase 2 and 3 will get rid of the bungalows and focus on semi D and super link only which is selling way better than it. If and only when comes to Phase 3, the market become good and people willing to spend that much at cyberjaya else hard... sweat.gif

link, semi d and bungalow all 3 have different maintenance fees. 200++ was told is link for the first batch, rest not sure. go check out SH, last time was told nearly 1k for maintenance fees, that's really cannot afford....

anyway, still waiting for VP so no confirmed details can provide.

So far only 3 tenant moved in, but this week going to be more, at least for myself superlink and opposite also another 2 as i heard.

yes, that's the name for the superlink but not really using it myself though...
most of the units I can see that defect/renovation still ongoing, so far I think for superlink already moved in 5 at least, bungalow I heard only one tenant a month ago, the rest not sure...

the layout is odd but some people like it, symphony hills have that design but I find it too tired to climb up and down just to go different place (not bedroom)...

try ask them to let you know in case any buyer failed to secure the loan

which area? I heard got prima 1 going to build near to it but not sure where.
so far I see other than symphony hill (consider high end) that next to sejati, in front and side still empty land...don't know when going to develop though heard rumors of mydin, business center, etc.

the location of the Masreca is confirmed? based on the map it's quite far actually but still reachable distance though.

not sure whether it still ongoing or not but do see quite a lot of cars going in and out
low cost project is alright, student and fresh graduate need place to stay that's cheap, but of course hoping it won't become a place that has too many "issue" happen if you know what its means.
it is a nice place to stay indeed, so far no problem
