So which one u bought in SH? Own stay or investment?

From the view looks like ceria residence, areca contempo, prima block 20 affordable home, tamarind sq, nadayu 99 all site clearing completed. Wow - so many projects! In my opinion, the different btw SH and SR are the landscape and living environment.
If u buying a house just because of big built up and spacious feel, maybe can consider a semi D in Garden Residences with subsale price at Rm 1.3mil.
