Nope, you need to be at least -3 to be 100% punished by a reversal 3-frame move.

EDIT: Actually, I forget. Maybe you need to be -4 for that. 3f startup before first hit? I haven't looked at the data recently

Almost. You'll be caught by reversal super/ultra grabs, which are almost all 2 frame startup.

You'll recover in one frame, but jumps take at least 3 frames before you're in the air, so sure kena.

Port forwarding must be enabled on the TCP port 80.
Port forwarding must be enabled on the UDP and TCP port 3074.
Port forwarding must be enabled on the UDP port 88

I fluctuate from 1,000 to 3,000.

You can tell which days I'm playing well and which days I'm playing stupidly.

I feel that at their best, both PSN and PC have about the same lag.

But in my own case, PSN's lag cheats more than PC. That's why I play more on PC but not on PSN.

Negative edge is:
- Hold down button
- Do motion
- Release button

Yes, Zonk Knuckle and Turn Around Punch follow the same idea.

The good thing about negative edge is that it makes some option selects easier. For instance, I play Seth, so I can do this:

- Press down + MK (hold MK)
- Do qcb
- Release MK

What happens here is I'll do my low medium kick. If it hits, I will combo into my lightning legs attack. If it misses, nothing happens.

If using grab character, spam LP command throw

Otherwise, FA > backdash to reset positioning

Or use invincible EX attack
