8 gate is for charge character.but the throw is longer.worth a try.
maybe u can try 4 gate seimitsu?i feels its more accurate

read carefully, that is single pack and 4 packs, 4 packs is cheaper if you have 3 more friends to share.

and SSFIV is game for window live (GFWL) like previous one, so it is same even you bought from steam. in the end you still need GFWL account to play.
for the gamersgate , you just import the game to steam to enable chat with steam friend only XD

the only character i rarely use skill due to errr... i only can use 2 of his skill. 2 out of 4. XD
