i also thinking of Evah Pirazzi, but i am not soloist, so i maybe ignore it.
my research is - Evah Pirazzi can't last long as they mentioned in forum.
first of all i really want to give a shoot.
Currently i am playing Dominant + Gold E..
Just, i think my violin still could sounds better.

Actually, Evah Pirazzi and Obligato are both high-end Synthetic core strings by Pirastro. The main difference being that Evah offers a bright sound, and Obligato, a warmer sound. Choice would depend on how your violin sounds. For example, my violin, a handmade violin from Germany, has a bright sound especially on the higher positions on the E-strings. But on higher positions on the lower strings, the sound is often muted by the higher strings (had one such experience playing Bartok's Romanian Folkdances). So my choice of strings would be Evah for G and D, but Obligato for A and gold E.
Brilliant^^
You commend was awesome^^
Why i did this because when i play on Dominants D & A, not as good as Tonica, if compared with my last time experience.

ok, put it more simple - i dislike expensive strings cause when strings died my wallet will burst a hole.

dominants all the way.
Little ice,
You such as badass

Well true. It is really expensive, but then the quality of the strings cannot be denied.

dominants are much preferred by many many world class soloists with top level instruments in their hands. they certainly can afford "high end" strings, but i wonder why.

One soloist i know recently is Ray Chen..
His combination is -
the G string - Peter Infeld “pi” Medium gauge,
D string is a silver Dominant Light gauge,
A string is an aluminum Dominant Medium gauge
and the E string is a Vision Heavy gauge.
Nathan Milstein: a Eudoxa G&D, plain gut A and Goldbrokat E in the 1960’s.
Zino Francescatti: Eudoxa G, Kaplan Silver D, Eudoxa A and Goldbrokat Medium E.
David Oistrakh: Eudoxa D and G, Prim Steel A (or Chromecore) and a Prim E.
Henryk Szeryng: Used a Eudoxa D and G, a Kaplan A and either a Gold Label E or Kaplan E
Isaac Stern: Used the Eudoxa A, D, G and a Goldbrokat Medium E. Later in his career he switched to Dominants.
Pinchas Zukerman: Used Eudoxas until the Dominants came out which he still uses (including the E, I think...).
Itzhak Perlman: Used Eudoxa in his early career than switched to the traditional combo of Dominants with the Gold Label E.
Hilary Hahn: Dominants with a Gold Label E.
Maxim Vengerov: Used to use Dominants but recently switched to a full set of Pirazzi.
Ilya Gringolts: He uses Evah Pirazzi at the moment.
Joshua Bell: Evah Pirazzi Violin Strings
Gil Shaham: Uses Dominants and a Jargar E (don’t know which gauge).
Midori: Uses Dominants
Stefan Jackiw: Uses Dominants and a Jargar Forte E.
Anne-Sophie Mutter: Dominants with a Gold Label E string.
Cho-Liang Lin: Infeld-Blues

Dominants cost RM150 I think. Tonicas cost RM120. =)
Dominants RM 149.00 - 10% at Euro Music
Pirastro Tonica RM 104 or RM 109 at Euro Music
but Chamber cost around RM 120 + something
Evah Pirazzi at Chamber cost RM 300 +
