noted, but before i go for the COD, can you take a piece of picture on the exterior of the casing first before i head over there?

as I mention, i'm very busy this month. i do not want to head over to BK Giant and end up getting a casing that has glue mark or any other defects like the one i receive.

If the condition of the blue casing is still the same, then might as well i keep the grey colour one cause no matter how i change, it will still be the same.

Also, can you arrange your boss that lives in OUG to arrange the COD? Since he is your boss, he should be okay right?

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. As I am really very busy this month. Don't want to waste your time too holding the case for him for too long.

The casing have been checked and there is no glue mark or whatsoever defect on it. You can procced to BK giant to collect it.

please understand that is not that I do not trust you.

I 100% trust you that's why i bought from you in the first place, but I do not want to waste my petrol and time going so far over to BK Giant to collect a case that might have a chance that have the same glue mark or whatsoever.

If you worry that I will post the pics again, why need to worry if there is no glue mark as stated?

I am not picking a fight but trying to sort things out.

Let me give you another example since you provided me a "good " example with the apple home button, you are the buyer and I am the seller.

Product that I am selling is an apple and you came to my store to buy it. I let you see all the good view of the apple and did not show you the part that the apple is rotten.

Once you buy it, you found that the apple is rotten, and you came to my store and demand for an exchange. But I tell you all my apple is rotten, but you can exchange for an orange instead.

HELLO?!!! You want to buy an apple but I force you to exchange it for an orange. Do you think is a fair deal in the first place?

What if I am not living in KL? If I am living in Penang? Kota Bharu? Sarawak or even Sabah? Do I still need to come over to BK Giant for the COD?

Then make it simple, you send me parcel bag and I mail the casing to you, then you send the casing to me. Okay?

or you just take some snaps of the casing to me and let me know whether do I still want to trade or not. If the case still have some glue marks, regardless a lot of little, I will cancel off the trade, cause no point for me to waste my petrol and time going over to BK Giant and exchange it.

More over, I prefer grey better than blue.

I do understand that the casing has been checked thoroughly by you and your guys. You and your guys did check the grey casing too, but yet still got mark. You and I see things differently.

I just want to make sure that the trip is worth it. Otherwise, I do not need to go over to BK Giant just for a casing.

I'm not worry of you posting pictures here. I have sold many of this cases without any issue. If there were such problem with all the case i sell , other customers would have complaint as well. Check the whole topic of mine on this trifold case from 1st post till now to see if there is any complaint. None.

Just that you were the only unlucky one that got the new batch grey casing with the glue mark.

To cut things short and not waste eithers time.Herewith is the picture requested by you for the blue case and do collect it soonest.Will also be expecting the grey case to be as its original condition upon exchange.
