I know this might sound silly, but I'm actually confused. How do you guys prepare the eggs? Raw? Half Boiled? With yolk? How many in a day? I got different inputs from different people. That's why I know all the Sifus here to help me out.
And what eggs do you guys buy most of the time? Omega 3 or Kampung eggs?

Told you all I'm a newbie ma. Not trying to sweat the small stuff. It's always to be certain right. Thanks for all the comments. 10+ eggs a day won't die lol? QUOTE(entryman @ Aug 19 2011, 01:45 PM) Vary your choices between hard boiled.. soft boiled.. omelet.. and other dishes requiring eggs.. so that you won't feel sick of it in the long run. If you've got the $$$ then kampung eggs of course, it's just like choosing organic veg over the usual ones. And it seems cooked eggs may have better protein absorption rate than raw. But that aside, the benefits of cooking still outweighs the risks. I love cheesy eggs ( with melted cheese slices on the eggs)!! Olive oil? Cook with butter is nice as well.
