I know this might sound silly, but I'm actually confused.
How do you guys prepare the eggs? Raw? Half Boiled? With yolk? How many in a day?
I got different inputs from different people. That's why I know all the Sifus here to help me out.

And what eggs do you guys buy most of the time? Omega 3 or Kampung eggs?

afaik, and after all of my readings and having advices by bros here, it is best to cook first the egg as it is easier to be consume. it won't damage the protein tho.

Just cook em the way you like it and eat it. As long as you don't fry it with 100ml of oil.

Damn.... I've not eaten eggs in almost a year. Good and cheap source of protein though.

As long as you cook them, it's all good.
