lkwanz: yeap. I remember seeing the Klingsbo at ikea. Probably discontinued already?

thenewaddiction: you are asking about diorama? I tried once. A simple one and it wasn't difficult. Just couldn't find a space to put it. Lol. Therefore had to make a "portable" one, which was a pain to disassemble and re-assemble.

lol. No new pictures because hard to take. Can't do it in the afternoon coz it defeats the purpose and night time...lazy. haha. But it still excites me everytime i turn on the lights. lol.

wkwebsite: haha. nola. not my custom. I got it from the seller you posted the video. lilisred. He's got a Balboni which is very nice as well.

bryant: congrats!! Gunmetal rims definitely makes it looks 10x better!!

lkwanz: haha. me too! tho nowadays I don't on the lights that often coz one battery can last about 4-5 hours only and each cost about 5 bucks!! lol

yiha: lol. Sky is the boss here. He got expensive taste! biggrin.gif If you want reasonable 1/12, you can try motormax SLR Mclaren or their Ford GT.

thenewaddiction: haha. thanks bro. I got that lift from a shop in Melbourne. Not cheap tho. Around RM200. My dio is very simple actually. floor and walls are made up of mounting board and the floor is just another mounting board with some yellow tape. Others, well just let you creativity run free. haha. and you've got architecture students to help you out, we shall be expecting some LED lights? hehe.

bryant: got from online? But then, whatever you do, try to not use glue and stick it back. It might "fog" up your lens. Kena once before on one of my models.

yiha: yea. I agree with Sky that you should try out 1/18 first coz 1/12 limited choices and very expensive.

sky: haha. Small potato won't have backup SLS to replace a broken one tongue.gif

wkwebsite: Yea. His customs are quite expensive altho I suspect it's mostly because he swap the stock wheels with some expensvie aftermarket wheels.

But even his "cheap" version cost 1k+ and it's not really the full custom coz the rear lights isn't the "Q" shape like on the R8.

Those with the "Q" shape lights and full LED rear signal would cost nearly 2K.

lkwanz: haha. Yea. My top two combos for diecast: white w/black rims and black w/gunmetal rims. lol. That's why I'm still trying to find for the gloss black 458 from BBR , gloss black SLR, black R35, White SLS etc etc.

And instead of painting black, why not CF the hood?

Added on August 27, 2011, 12:49 pmand I just realised that Masterloada sold out the first batch of red Evo X. Now come on...where are the pictures??!! lol.

bryant: you ordered black and red or only red?

lkwanz: yea. missed it as well. lol. and furthermore, it's not even the RHD version!! I can see the Evo X being quite rare in a short space of time.

thenewaddiction: hey bro, if im not mistaken, the shop is this (http://www.modelmania.com.au/). It's so nice to visit a proper diecast shop. It's quite...poisonous. Lol.

or2ng: Hey bro. I didn't install the lights. I bought it off a seller that does this kinda LED system custom.

royjepun and myke: congrats on the new haul!!!

myke: Well my only "china" model is the Cadillac CTS-V DE version and it is a stunning model. With that sort of detail and working feature on an AA would probably cost RM600+. So I'm quite interested to see how good the Evo X is.

Nice collection as well bro!

bryant: noooo...more R35. Cannot poison ppl like bro.

and also...looks like the hood doesn't align properly in your first picture?

wkwebsite: I think if you read the last page cwchua got offer you his white coupe and spider. You can pm him. Lol.

myke: yea. I know it was developed by Kyosho(I think) but it wasn't branded as Kyosho so that's why it wasn't really a China brand. Lol. But The Evo X does look nice. Tho apparently the interior got wood trim instead of CF?

myke: yea. interior doesn't look the best but I already ordered one...so can't really do much about it. Lol.

lkwanz: You can use the one from Tamiya. It's good. Just put put some on the cloth they provide and they do swirl motion. Then just use the dry part of the cloth to wipe it.

myke: yea. Tamiya brand. It's liquid. I don't see why not for resin but I've never tried it on resin. So I'm really not sure.

jasonist: haha. Was just talking about the CTS-V. and I don't think this is the DE version right? This looks like the hobby edition(from the colour). Either way, nice pictures!

bryant: Congrats on your new DSLR man. You should try some outdoor shots with your new R35. hehe.

Nice yellow. I think the small SV looks nice on the small yellow coz if it's big SV it would probably look too similar to the orange version.

bryant: you said you want Zonda R? wink.gif

or2ng: Impressive collection man! Hows the Ford GT? I still can't decide which 1/12 to go for. At the moment, I've sorta narrowed it down to Enzo(Kyosho or Tamiya), F50, Ford GT, R35 and Carrera GT.

And on the Zonda R...well I don't know about the best la lol coz the best would probably be the Exoto 156 Sharknose or the CMC Type 57. haha.

lkwanz: Nice! Finally decided to go for the Blue Cent? Excellent choice bro!

lkwanz: Overall, any improvements over the old Veyron? And yea, I leaning towards the Enzo...especially the Tamiya version. Now is just finding it that's the problem. Lol.

myke: nice SL! Always wanted to get the white AA but, for now, my Maisto is definitely good enough. haha.

Haha. Well it also depends on how easily I can source one. At the moment, the easiest is definitely R35 and Ford GT. The Kyosho Enzo is also not that troublesome. The real problem is the Tamiya Enzo. That's the one I really one but also...the hardest to find.

So you don't recommend the Enzo Kyosho over Tamiya?
