actually, i also went for almost all the reno fairs the past 12 months... kinda tired surveying. Thats why this time around, i already know which company i'm looking for, just wanna see if they are giving out anything extra during this fair compared to normal days.
infact baagus is one of my targets for this fair xD |

QUOTE(@Adele @ Aug 18 2011, 11:09 PM) Serofax, i saw baagus curtain promo. Really like the printed design! i have surveyed too many curtain shops... i actually bought my curtain for sliding doors at the last fair in midvalley. for a 10' curtain + sheers...approx RM900, quite a good deal for the quality im getting. Is the price OK ..promotion for 10' sliding door at RM589..or something. Then roman blind is 2 panel window for RM99. Coz i havent survey curtains yet..so i'm not sure. Hope to get advise on it.. havent got my blinds for my other windows... due to budget constraints, i've also decided to get baagus's ready made blinds. the material they use on roman blinds, sometimes are of the curtain materials. so its good quality stuff |

i got my tiles 2 weeks ago in USJ20...couldnt or more like didnt thought of waiting for fair >_<
yea adele, i got my blinds...got a couple of RM99 4ft blinds...great deal!! spent over RM2k at baagus xD i calculated, if i customised all my curtains outside (using lousier quality cloth for roman blinds), all would've costed me RM2k more than what i got from baagus. i also got my bi-fold doors from Onitek. save RM80 compared to normal price. some toilet accesories as well...really cheap i'd say overall managed to redeem the 12pc cuppocino cup set |

QUOTE(wrb7878 @ Aug 22 2011, 07:13 PM) ok. then will try to get it on next home expo on October. i only use roller for kitchen area, easier to clean / wipe.Normally how much it cost psf for roman blinds? i would like to put roman blinds for all room. while living room prefer roller blind...look modern rite? living room sliding door is curtains, the rest ALL roman. roman blind price depends on cloth material and design. Baagus offers very good deals because they are all ready made, standard lengths of 2,3,4 ft. actually not exactly 2,3,4ft...every blind has extra 4" length. the cloth they use are pretty good quality also, but cannot customize la haha. u can only pick what they have. so don be surprise if u see someone else's house having the same blinds as u LOL if u want custom made to your window size, then more exp... but u get to pick the cloth of your choice. then again, it'll be quite exp |

yea, curtain colors must choose wisely... must match furniture and wall colors. depends which one becomes your focus point.
i chose a golden-brownish curtain with light gold-yellow sheers... i would say its a safe choice, and easily matches any wall color, but also because my furniture was dark colored too its a pain when trying to match color schemes for the home... i had a really tough time figuring this one out. yeah, i saw alot of guys shopping for curtains... seems like they're more interested in which curtain to buy (cos they are the ones paying!! xD). for me, i'm the more creative one, so i get to make all the decisions hehe |
