There are types of leadership as such "charismatic" and "transformational". A leader that had attitude of charismatic will not suit to lead u by example. Personally, I used to be a charismatic style to my subordinate. Now I had diverse to be "transformational" style to manage my subordinate. Listen and understand, and not forced. |
