Hi do you have time fiber customer?

Previously I am using streamyx can get full speed without paying xunlei... sometime it have capped on xunlei

After connect to time fiber, it no longer can dl, it just show connecting failure at all.

As far as I know, TM capped xunlei. but I heard xunlei filter time fiber? I just want to know if I paid the VIP on xunlei, can I have the full access?
