How Xunlei Offline Download works:
You get the torrent, and pass to Xunlei server.
Xunlei will download your requested file into its server. (linked to your VIP account)
You can then get your requested file back into your PC. (via HTTP dwnload therefore bypassing Throttle Exercise)

Overview
1. You wanna activate Xunlei VIP but do not have credit card, pay pal etc.
2. Transfer fund to me and I will transfer Xunlei "Thunder Credit" to your Xunlei Account, thus you can activate your normal Xunlei account into VIP account and enjoy its high speed download.... etc.

Buying Guide

How to get maximum download speed by using Xunlei VIP Offline Download (离线下载) (with picture)

1. Log in with your VIP account.
2. Get any torrent as usual.
3. Normal BT will suffer from throttling, so go zoom zoom with Offline Download. Click on the option Offline Download.

4. File succeeded download in Xunlei server (mind you, i've tried 5gb file and its finished download to Xunlei server within 1 mins and dwnload back to my PC within 4 hours)

5. Tick / Check on the file that you want to download back to your PC and click start download.

6. Enjoy your high speed downloading

Xunlei have cancel the service of activating VIP acc on behalf of friends due to given reason to prevent wrong activation of designated acc
This mean the option to send credit from my acc to your acc had been taken out.

Solution for this:
Therefore those who wish to activate VIP acc from me need to provide following details:
1. Xunlei acc number. e.g: 749754044
2. Xunlei acc nick. e.g: a97117
3. Xunlei acc password. e.g: 12345
I need this 3 details to login ur acc and activate VIP from within.

can we clear files from the 10gb storage after we have download it? or the 10gb is the bandwidth for us to download?

alainmelon: yes, we can clear the files that we've downloaded in xunlei offline server, and regain the 10gb storage back.

this means we'll always have 10gb capacity to use as long as you deleted the previous items that have been downloaded into xunlei server.

the con is that you can only download a single file with maximum size of 10gb only. for pc game .ISO file, this may be not enough.

thus u can try annual account which allocate u 1 Pb (which is equivalent to 1 million GB) storage capacity. this means you won't have to keep deleting everytime u've finished downloading. and when you're sharing account with frens, ur frens can have access to ur previously downloaded file @max download speed (according to their broadband subscription bandwith).

for your information, streamyx now alson throttle xunlei vip download speed. i'm now using xunlei vip offline dowload service and i only got 20 to 30 kbps download speed.

may i know which tmnet package u're using?
i personally using 4mbps package, and for so far everytime using offline download i can reach max speed ranging from 400-420 kbps.
anyway i do provide trial acc for testing purpose. u can try and if up to par, then only activate from me

glamour: yes, can use 100%. at least i'm able to download with speed up to 420 kbps with TMNET 4MB package.

yes, there's a 10gb limit if u're opening a monthly VIP acc. this means u cant download more than 10gb at 1 time (ur file cannot exceed 10gb).

this limit will off if u opened an annual VIP acc. Xunlei will give u the download capacity of 1Petabyte = 1 million GB.

Xunlei is encouraging user to go with VIP annual account

XUNLEI support many torrent types, BT, emule, utorrent, 磁力，网盘，快车，快播，etc...
Rayfile and any other direct download hosting site not supported.
as for CT file i'm not so sure though.
