leewh23: hi fren, if not throttle, means that u can achieve max speed, so no need to subscribe xunlei VIP, normal xunlei acc (free) will do things for you.
if bandwith kena throttle by ISP, baru ppl utilize xunlei VIP (paid service) to bypass throttling anyway i've pm u regarding the VIP acc.
