Okay heres something i got from another site, which strikes me to be quite a good idea. worth trying it here to see if it flies. anyone can post up a challenge in this thread that is related to strength or BB'ing feats (no i dont mean b-boys). However, the poster -must- have a video of himself doing the same challenge else its not accepted. Lets keep the challenges at somewhere above what an average person can do, shall we? (ie, would consider pull ups to be something not everyone can do)

if the challenge involves weights, count the weight against your own BW, for example a 200lbs dude benching 300lbs the challenge would be to bench BW + 50%.

Sort of like playing horse basketball, if anyone knows what it means heh. Just copy whatever the person is doing. (recalls back the crazy 360 crossover layup attempts laugh.gif )

I'll start off with a video of 50 consecutive push ups later on when im doing my "cardio" at the local park.

to kick start the thread. no im not looking for a form check on push ups. i dont do these often, and dont plan to do it any other way.

...point of this thread is to push people to:
1. post more vids.
2. challenge yourself to compete with others.
3. do something different from your routine.

if someone posts a video that no one else can perform, it can go to a "hall of legends" thread or something. Really, its not like you win anything by doing this. This thread is more of a feel good element to it.

if you see a vid of something you think you can do, just try doing it. dont be intimidated by what a human can do. if he can do it, why not you?

Challenge yourself.

Oh, uploading video of the push ups i promised..

Doubt DL or kaf can do what you do. thats the point right? no one is asking to you to answer to all the challenges.

niiiicee dan. shall try that later on! or should i at least wait for raynx to post hers else she emo when she finds out the push up count has increased after she did 50 lol.
