It might cause by the car carpet get wet, check all the carpet make sure it is dry, reason the carpet getting wet :
1. air cond water drain hose stuck so the condance water not flow out and traped in the cooling coil tray or may be drop on the carpet.
2. after raining our water atick at our shoe make the carpet wet.
3. the wrost is there are bad sealing at our fron wind screen when raining the water leaking inbehind our dashboard.

but my car also got the smell after turn off the compressor i put the charcoal deodorizer in the car. + ambipure, but this is the common problem for Myvi also.

did you check the carpet not the carpet that you can take out the carpet stick at the floor chasis. some time it get wet .

lol...it is not wat la, everday also got so many accident and the PE also alot on the road now, the main reason we heard accident after every two three day because we are so active and we do well to answer ppl quiries, so many of those driver will come here to ask question, it is good idea also if we all selling thing here

it is not so easy as just unscrew the thing you need to use proper force to pull out because the mounting of plastic by spring clip.

yes can ask for replacement bring you car registration card and better the existing roadtax receipt (the small portion before you tear off and stick to windscreen) but it need additional charges forget how much aldy , post office or jpj can do this.

i see them changing shift afternoon...maybe big post office they hide somewhere but small post office like at supermarket you can see them in the office not at counter or entrance.
