1. for your front door outer frame 1"x1", inter frame 1"x2", gap 4" for
vertical bar, gap 2" for vertical bar

2. door n window grille: material size 1"x1/2", see from front 1"

3. gate: material size 1"x2", gap 1", see from front 1", frame 1 1/2"x 2 1/2"

4. fencing: material size 1"x1/2", gap 2", see from front 1"

usually thickness is 1.2mm for infill 1" x 2", and smaller usually 1mm thickness

Do they give you option for hot dip galvanize?
