Looks like the DXKP9 is the best firmware now? DXKP9 > XXKPN > XXKPM?

Still waiting for answer. Which one is the best ROM now? DXKP9? XXKPN? I'm still on XXKPM.

QUOTE(nwy5633 @ Nov 8 2011, 06:51 PM) after i flash with dxkp9 and cf-rooted, found out that the phone will restart once everytime i on it.. tat's weird only once! then after i swapped the sd card, kies say my phone is not connected in kies mode everytime i plugged the usb... =( So the CF-ROOT for DXKP9 is not stable? Many complaints. |

QUOTE(lee82gx @ Nov 18 2011, 02:10 PM) first thing i did was try the wifi driver code. Does not work. Saw some threads in xda about this even in xxkpn, there were claims that using static ip address can solve it so I'm waiting to go back home to try. Wondering if there's any improvement from XXKPN. By the way, I wonder why my phone is lagging and not smooth when I set it to silent mode.FWIW, at office I don't have this issue yet. BTW 2.3.6 xxkpq is out |

QUOTE(clal @ Nov 25 2011, 09:58 AM) Yes, I did initially flash it to DXKF1, then upgrade to DXKB2, then to XXKPE, before to DXKP9 finally. Result still the same. Why need to flash into DXKB2 after flashed to DXKF1? What is the original firmware before all this happened?I had the phone working for 1 day after I update it from the stock DXKB2 straight to DXKP9 via KIES. Then the Menu and Back became unresponsive from then onwards, only then I started using the ODIN3 to reflash it, but it's still not working. |

Hello!
I would like to know the differences and experiences using different high speed memory card such as Class 4 and above. Will it effect our Galaxy SL performance? I mean, if using Class 4, Class 6 and Class 10. |

QUOTE(mmohdnor @ Mar 10 2012, 10:57 AM) Class 4 is ok but it wont be enough for shooting HD vid. You can notice some startling during the recording (as it is saving as much data as possible per second, it could fill up the buffer, hence startles). Class 10 would give you more headroom and nearly zero lag/startle/glitch in you vid at least. Thanks for the cool information! I'm planning to get a Class 10 as well. I don't care about the speed of viewing the items inside the Gallery as I'm only expecting the speed of accessing the applications, especially using EXTSD swap.Furthermore, when u start to accumulate more vids+pics in your phone, speed is everything. Browsing is a little slow on Class 4. Class 10 would give you better browsing speed. This is what I see. Plus, if you apps were moved to SD, it would load slightly faster for some apps. |

Just bought a Class 10 MicroSDHC. Still feel the same like before. I think a Class 4 is already enough for this phone.
