I am interested to move to Le Yuan. But I was wondering, why are there so many units for sale/rent? Is there sumthing wrong with the place? Considering there are 600+ units, almost half of the units are for sale / rent...

Any sifus can enlighten me please?

some baits post, some duplicated post (same unit posted by different agent), some is lelong unit old post, if i not mistaken, the listing can last form more than few month duration. some is the real want to sell.

maybe this project have a lot of different sqft & build up, and layout. so i suggest you can choose the layout you prefer, then see how many unit on sale.

Just call up a few different agents from different agency. Set viewing.
You will be surprise. Most likely all source from the same unit but multiple agencies promote / ads.

go visit leyuan n G residence, both comparable.
the location is damn good and psf is cheap, but...but... but..
you go visit den you will know.

If you want pool view and a non sharing of dividing wall unit, go for block A

got to know from a contractor than gembira resident built quality is mediocre. g/ gembira facilities macam sikit compared to le yuan... not sure if i'm right la.

Great place. Central and near most places. Clean and well maintained compared to most of the nearby condos. Best of all is the 1 acre facilities floor where you can take walks or mingle around.

Only thing is some residents love to complain all the time but I suppose you get that in quite a lot of shared communities.
