Actually, there is a new 2-storey terraced house development for sale in Bukit Rimau sometimes in April 2014 for about sub 500k. see here

A few of my friends made at least 200k (with tax exemption) from landed properties. they just sold this year. tongue.gif

Now with the cash for other investments. laugh.gif
