hmmmm...maybe you should go for that landed house in early, sell it upon completion; then you make 200k.  buy those apartment with 200k down. Actually, there is a new 2-storey terraced house development for sale in Bukit Rimau sometimes in April 2014 for about sub 500k. see here |
