If you rent or buy a warehouse, it would not be feasible because the cost is way more expensive (about 30% more) because of the additional substructure requirements of warehouses. The other problem you will face is the lack of toilets/bathrooms and parking spaces.

A warehouse which can hold 4 courts will cost you about RM10,000 per month in rental. That is a whopping RM120,000 per annum or RM600,000 for 5 years.

parkir is a wooden surface. I prefer them than rubber mat.
