I'm thinking of starting a badminton court business with 14 to 18 courts. Anyone here have experience on the cost of opening a badminton court. My target area will be serdang or puchong.

The floor will have to be superflat finished with a tolerance of 5mm +- for span of 3m (which costs quite a sum). The bulk of the money comes from the infrastructure (roads, parkings, water piping, cabling, drainage and fencing). The cheaper price range will get you a reinforced concrete building block, while at the other end of the range will get you a steel structure building. |
