Hi guys.....
Just wondering, what happens when you press the battery button in front of the laptop?
I saw there's 40% of battery left, itchy hand go and press the button. suddenly screen off, harddisk light flash very rapidly indicating a lot of read/write activity and then it just off. I think it hibernated. Then when I try to press the on button again, the on button light flashes 3 times only and nothing happens.

QUOTE(kyu85 @ Oct 2 2011, 01:38 AM) when u use battery n u press it,it indicate the % of battery left as mention in the previous post with the color... just press u will know... yes! the thing is, when I press it, my laptop will hibernate itself and I cant switch it on again. when I press the power button, the blue light on power button will just flash 5 times. and then nothing happen. I have to charge it again to be able to switch it on.

Hi guys....anyway to manually calibrate the battery? like maybe charge till full then delete certain files and then using until battery run down?
I cant seem to calibrate my battery. Use until hibernate by itself, charge back until full, battery care still show 0 calibration.

Hello guys....
I think there's something wrong with my battery. Full charge can hardly last more than 3 hours. Bear in mind it's just some normal web browsing work.
Now it's 84% and shows 2 hour 20 minute remaining.
any ideas what should I do? should i try recovering/reseting to factory defaults? if still bad like this, should i send back to acer?
Thanks for all your help!

mannnn My battery level is 81.3% and I hardly used it.
Could it be coz I really really seldom used it? So the battery like always drain until gone by itself. And now it cant last long.
Just now I left it there, I saw batt level was 63% and windows says has about 3 hours left. But after 5 mins, it hibernate by itself.
How much does it cost to change the battery?
