My phone failed to update:-

symbian anna update 2/2 (important) 25mb

anyone facing the same problem?

Where and when?
Countries that will receive their updates this week include the following:

how come mine oni 24mb OTA update? and no more updates...
mine was bought on end of april 2011

Upgrade to Anna successfully. I had a "start up failed, contact retailer". Solved it by removing SIM card, restart the phone without the card (until it completely boots up), then insert the sim card, and reboot again.

Updates for Anna.

Now installing the 'Symbian Anna update 2/2'. now downloading Ovi Store.

Looks like now only OTA is working because i thin Nokia SSO server is down, you can't login to Ovi Store, Ovi Suite & others.

I updated all. It will ask to restart phone. Checking the content now.

Guys i finished installed all the 2 updates and everything very ok now ^^ BTW, why is it my battery icon got no more the bar de ?? =s

Anna split screen keyboard is not enabled by default.

To enable:
1. Launch any text input screen or Notes app.
2. Create / Edit a note and proceed into the input mode (typing).
3. Open the Options menu > Choose QWERTY keyboard.

If Swype is installed, it will have the split screen in potrait mode too.

Ok, installed all 4 updates. Yay!!! QuickOffice & AdobeReader is back plus Microsoft Communicator. Nokia Social 1.3.237 got new blue icon and finally Ovi Store 2.12.042 also got new icon; still testing what new features they got.

guys, is there any performance improve loading message in Anna? I have around 2K-3K msg in inbox, every time take few second in order to go in:(

how u guys got the 2nd update...i check my OTA theres nothing...the adobe and the quick office still missing...made a mistake updating anna via *#0000#, tot it was the same...guest im stuck now..

Look into the SW Update app

Both my N8 SW Update and OVI Suite updates says only 013 available. How come? Mine is still 011.012

Ara? Do u mean Symbian Anna update?(The firmware itself) Or the 2 components update after the FW update?

I'm having the same problem, cant find any second update through ovi suite, sw update app shows "all applications are up-to-date" without connecting to the server.

no subtitle in this update? Or my update no complete? Update via *#0000#, because no update showed in software update.
