Atf flush for the next time when u going to change the atf if u have budget. if u havent changed the spark plugs, cleaned throttle body for more than 20k or 1 year then do it. if u have really the budget reflash the car. have a lot more budget then BOT it.

ok this is my situation now.. I reset my ECU just now and tried to rev a bit..
Before : the car accelerate slowly and smoothly till roughly 3800 RPM and shifts to gear 2.
After : the car pecut with lots of power! BUT, the car shifts to gear 2 straight away at around 3800 to 3900 RPM with the engine sound revving strong (supposed to rev higher if listening to engine sound, but gear shifts to gear 2 right away)
What can be the issue with this prob? Anyway, I should have just changed my gear oil before judging anything.
