Driver side power windows KO.. how much to change to metal type power windows? any place for installation?

mine cost around 1.3k including installation. all round arm, arb bushes and steering bush.
handling increased big time. better response during speedy lane changing.
for engine and gearbox mounting, especially on waja auto, its advisable
to use the original proton mounting bushes due to superior noise and vibration filtering.
unless those pu bushes mounting has and oil filling, then, i might consider them.

SuperCharge is a waste of time.... the parts reliability is not there, installation is difficult and the gain is minimal + not fuel efficiency due to power loss hysteresis. Power loss hysteresis means that it takes more power on even idle and on normal driving. To increase boost you need to play with the pulley and more power loss....

Not really worth to invest at all

FC 4G18 should be ok.... i think u need to check ur car.... normally 500km/tank for town and highway 600km

that is very normal for town use... to reduce it you need to get hybrid cars...
BOT can reduce depends on how u drive... Stock waja actually can achieve 0.16/km if you drive the right way.

yup being using the steel type but mine got sound when goin tru rough road...or when closing the door...can hear noise when hit on the door panel...
mine cut off line also shape like \__...\__,my case the light in dots is not bright enough...
how to get the clean cut off line eh??change the projector??

my preferred setup on previous waja actually. not too stiff while still offer some comfort and handling compare to adjustables.
just too bad apm performax spring isn't a good as it used to be. the newer apm performax sport spring
tend to become softer / sagat after a year or so.

rm120 should be used absorber. if so, stay away from it. any absorber tend to hardened
after sometimes, but apm performax tend become harder than others due to the oil & gas combination.
also, since apm performax combination are stiffer(better handling) than standard apm / gab / sachs any other brand,
it will kill your worn out lower arm bushes much faster. apm performax combination with pu bushes
is awesome thou.
new apm performax spring without the original absorber rubber protector should be around 150.
110km/h on speedo should be showing about 2.4k to 2.8k rpm.
my ex-waja 4g18p before engine change was below 2.5k rpm at 110km/h.
running on 205/50/r16 tires.
