Just wondering how do the technician do the setting (1st timer) then? I am sure they also have remote access to the web interface to check the setting remotely.

one of the way is to get another unit, do a reset... then start configuring it from zero. If anyone can get the setting like our original unit, then it will works...
Other than TM ppl, I guess we have no chance to see the setting. |
