How about mine guys, my Maxis HSI used TM network access. I did something with the HG655a and also has been hard reset to default configuration settings.
After few days tried to set the VLAN id and finally i figured out Maxis used VLAN id 621 and i followed back Maxis used LAN Port 2. Now the problem is my VOIP doesn't work and my actual speed from 10Mbps dropped to 3-4Mbps UP & DOWN...
I need the more configuration setting to my HG655a and able to use VOIP and back to 10Mbps.
I called Maxis since last Friday and Maxis did call me this afternoon but TM guy will come to my house on this Saturday... If can I want to manage is by myself and learn more about this stuff.
Thanks in advance guys.

QUOTE(akuinsan @ Nov 22 2011, 09:08 PM) when soon i get my unifi BIZ package, can i just connect from BTU directly to my office gateway server? my current setup for streamyx business package is like below pict : what's default IP address for the BTU? can I replace the BTU ip address if it's same with my current gatewat server ip add? sorry if i posted in wrong thread Usually BTU/ONT will use 192.168.1.1 (DHCP OFF) and the gateway (dlink white & orange) will be 192.168.0.1 If your client or access point using 192.168.1.xxx you can simply swap the BTU and GATEWAY ip range.

QUOTE(akuinsan @ Nov 22 2011, 09:44 PM) can i just change the BTU/ONT ip add, without change server/gateway ip range? if the BTU ip can't change, need to do some re-setting office network (some pc using static ip setting) for this time, from what i search, TM not allow user to login to BTU right? Who's care bout login to BTU?
