I just got a property and this is on the grill actually. It works fine but there are times when the mechanism does not move even if i rotate the key. |

Well it's hard to tell what happened, but my first thought is the profile cylinder problem, you can actually buy the cylinder itself if it's the problem. |

Hi, I going to Cameron Highland coming Monday, might drop by to get some locks. Google maps shows that you have a main HQ and a branch, may I know which are having more variety of locks?
