Stance could be the problem. but i think it could be your strokes and also your mental, coz u keep thinking about it. lol i used to hv the same problem. an effective tranning drill for me is draw shot. i pot few balls using draw shot. it supposingly straigthen and trains your confidence in your strokes. try it. it may work for you as well.

regardless of your stance, just make sure that your nose is always aligned to line of shot when making the approach then you should be able to aim correctly. dont worry too much about your stance.
