By doing the natural method would take years and years to achieve the ideal size and definition. My all time favorite would be Mr Arnold & Mr Lou Ferrigno. I saw the Pumping Iron video and was amazed. It's cool sometimes to be big and cut like them. A lot of media attention and fans too. Imagine when you go out at shopping people see you like see God! Lol!  |
