Well said. Some people want fast results so delve in to steroids and other drugs. By doing the natural method would take years and years to achieve the ideal size and definition. My all time favorite would be Mr Arnold & Mr Lou Ferrigno. I saw the Pumping Iron video and was amazed. It's cool sometimes to be big and cut like them. A lot of media attention and fans too. Imagine when you go out at shopping people see you like see God! Lol!
