Great 2-0 win..we are in 5th place and still with a chance of Europe..our next three matches:
Bolton (H) - Monday (10 pm)
then 10 day gap before
Stoke (H)
and then Wigan..
Another perfect performance from us tonite..totally professional and organised..Papiss is on he scoresheet again..but Tiote tweaked his hamstring..hope its not serious and Im sure we can survive against Bolton on Monday without him..our replacements have are more than able to fill up his boots..

Never mind about Chelsea for the moment..what is important right now is we keep up the pressure and do our jobs and win our games..next up is Bolton on Monday at home..seeing Bolton had won 3 games in a row since the Muamba incident and Owen Coyle getting manager of the month, I was quite worried that we maybe over confident and slip up against Bolton..that was my feeling before the Swansea match..but seeing how professional and effective we were in getting over Swansea and seeing how Bolton have just lost 3-0 at home to Fulham and only have 48 hours to recover, im pretty hopeful we can get the job done..
After the Bolton game, we have a 12 day gap to regroup, refresh and get ready for our final assault for the best possible place we can finish this season against Stoke..we're one of only a few teams in and around us who have that 12 day rest..while we have that 'rest', Chelsea will face Fulham (A), Spurs in the cup semis, Barcelona and also Arsenal..
Lets hope we can get the job done against Bolton, have that rest while we watch how Chelsea progress plus Liverpool vs Everton next Saturday..c'mon Andy Carroll! C'Mon Jose Enrique! C'mon Craig Bellamy! C'mon King Kenny! Dont lose to ur rivals! U can do it! (Ada udang di sebalik mee from Newcastle here)

Wow..we have caught up with Spurs..lets hope Damien Duff and Fulham can help us tonight and get one over Chelsea..
We have won 3 straight games 2-0..3 clean sheets..could have been 5 straight clean sheets if not for that Williamson blunder against West Brom..
Ben Arfa's goal definitely contender for goal of the season..just think his goal against Blackburn in the FA Cup was a bit better but because it was in the FA Cupin a non-televised game, that goal will never get as much hyped as this one so he desrves this recognition..
On a sour note on an otherwise fantastic day, Ba's snub to Pardew is a signal he is either unhappy with Pardew, with playing out of position or maybe even upsetting the boat a little seeing that he knows he has a release clause in his contract and there are interest from Chelsea..just hope he gets over his dissapointment and refocus for the final 5 games..this is it boys..no matter where will end the season, the Newcastle United squad of 2011-12 season have made their fans proud again..
12 day gap now till the next game..can't wait..In the mean time, we will support Fulham tonight and Liverpool next Saturday..
This is not me trying to make fun of Liverpool, nothing like that. But i don't really prefer any player that part way with the club which used to served them well, have the guts to tell them what should be and what shouldn't be done in public. It struck me as kinda ungrateful and arrogant to certain degree. As Alan Pardew said, Jose Enrique simply failed to see the bigger picture.
I talked about this earlier before d liverpool game n i will say it again..nobody as newcastle fans, were mad at Jose Enrique 4 leaving at the time he did..he wanted to be wif spain at the euros n thought if he joined liverpool, it would help him n maybe also challenge 4 trophies..
But what made us mad was after he got his wish to join them, he went n open his big fat gob n publicly slated his former employers n went egomaniac saying we would never be a top 6 team by selling our best players..true his opinion was the same as most newcastle fans but he as a professional, went n under-rate his former teamates was just wrong..should juz have left, take d money at Anfield n shut up..
At least pony-tailed gurl didnt make noises when he left..jose enrique got what he dserved when he came back to sjp last week
Dont think i would want hennesey..i trust our scouts to get anthr gem frm europe..but i like doyle..he juz need a good team around him n a gud club to get him going..he is d type of fox in the box that u would need
I too couldnt pay attention to our match..logged on to Astro online player when we were already 1-0 down..once the 2nd goal went in and the other results werent going our way, I just let the online player play to hear the commentary but my eyes was on the title race..incredible drama..and for me, Mancini deserves the title for the shit he's been through all season..he remained calm and how he played those mind games with Sir Alex when the title looked Man Utd's was awesome..
Anyways, one bad performance at Goodison will not take away our fantastic season..5th place and a return to Europe is more than what we expected and for all the goals and the great games we have had this season, I am proud that after all the lows of the club, Newcastle are in the top 5th of the Premiership again..

What Barton did is a disgrace in football. If everyone starts doing that, EPL will be a total mess. Every team starts sending a nobody into the field and provoke the other team and take off their ace. Can't see anything so legendary or its that type of play one prefers.
