guys i need your help on how to get a nice body and to lose my belly.
i am 170cm 74kg
i need your help on what workout should i do at the gym to improve and get a nice body overall. i dont take protein suppliments and i eat a 3 meal/day as do all malaysians. seriously need u guys help on a good workout and eating habits.
