guys i need your help on how to get a nice body and to lose my belly.

i am 170cm
74kg

i need your help on what workout should i do at the gym to improve and get a nice body overall. i dont take protein suppliments and i eat a 3 meal/day as do all malaysians. seriously need u guys help on a good workout and eating habits.

Eat food that contains high carbohydrate and protein.

1. Do this http://www.maximuscle.sg/static/caloriecalculatorwin.html
2. Hit the grocery store, read food labels, buy

When I just started (2 months ago), my real food source are
My primary food source for carb
- white rice (brown rice is slightly expensive, but better)
- bread
- milo

My primary food source for protein
- chicken breast w/o skin
- egg
- peanut butter
- milk
- oat

3. Read stickies, read articles from bodybuilding.com

You will be able to refine your diet along the way. Good luck.

* My meals are simple and easy to adapt for newbie, sifus please dont flame me tongue.gif

sorry to say, spoon fed in here is kinda "taboo"... and u will be shoot, flame, and bash non stop brah... why dont u try using the "search" features?... its there for a reason right?
