which custom kernel u using? how sux izzit?in what aspect?stability?performance?battery life?

is installing 4.04custom will install the zkernel as well?

how come every time i install the 4.04custom, the kernel change from doomlord kernel to zkernel?

got this problem when changing from zkernel to doomlord kernel...
its wireless connection...i can connect to my home wireless, but it always in Limited Connection state, while my laptop can connect to internet with no problem at all...the username and password of the modem is correct, try restart the modem a few times also the same..try with the phone in more than 90% charge battery...still got the problem...just now i manage to get Blade Wifi Fix v1.0, doesnt help much, still Limited Connection..

damn....waiting for wolf new release is killing me...after flash to 4.0.4c/s root explorer force close, trouble with wifi, sometimes play games lag...faster wolf, new ROM release...

if there is some lagging i still can cope with that, cause i know there is no such thing as perfect...but the wifi...this thing start to give me problem after i try to get doomlord kernel...

after get doomlord kernel installed, can connect to wifi, but with APIPA address....haih...if can get class C address, means no problem.

after flash to v5c, there is no xLoud and Bravia rite, so i flash the additional file to get these two features...guess what, the version number change to 4.2.1c

is it only the word got changes or the features also change back to 4.2.1c as well?

some more if i enable bravia engine, snapping picture, video recording, open pictures in gallery...all become "force close/wait". these problems occur in both in 4.0.4c and 5c.

thx for the heads up...didnt notice there is another patch for WB v5 ROM...i was using v4 patch in v5 ROM...that's the problem...



if only in WB ROM got all the features in TEAM's ROM...i like the transparency...and some applications inside it...too bad cant combine both...

how u combine them?
flash WB ROM then flash TEAM ROM?

ps:any idea how to install apk without using applications like Root Explorer, File Expert...?
cause now i still get internet access, cannot get this file from market, while TEAM ROM didnt provide Root Explorer like WB ROM...having hard time to install apk file.

btw, use handcent sms..

one thing i like the most about v6 is, disable black screen calls...quite annoying actually...each time i failed to call, i was going to press call again, but no, the screen immediately turns black and i have to unlock screen...><!

btw, what is the difference in DooMKernel 4b Version and Gaming ROM with DooMKernel Version? in terms of battey life and performance.

tried v6g...once i flashed it...it force close on the setup (language, time....etc)
then i cannot continue as it keeps force close at the very beginning of the setup, cannot press Back button to exit, press menu button respond...end up restart flash v6c.

from what i noticed, starting v5, it takes longer time to install apk...battery drain on v5 is the same as in v4, drain pretty fast..however, v6c is quite ok...then after flash xloud, the build number change....really curious, is it the build number change or there are other things changed as well?

one thing that i noticed changed is the status bar...change back to only has 5 functions...in v6 there are 6 functions..


ps: i would rather WB develop a more stable ROM than keep updating and have unstable ROM..i would really go for gaming ROM, but it keeps force close that makes me choose custom version...CPU master gone as well..

yeah...after on v5 that i didnt notice there is v5 xloud, this time on v6, i check there is a v6 xloud, so i download two ROM and xloud before i start flashing...

if u didnt touch the phone, say 100% charge, it will stay that way for 1 hour or so...in previous version, if fully charged, even u didnt touch the phone, the battery percentage will still drop...this is the only significant thing about battery...other than that, still drain like hell...

try use v6 WB ROM that got newer kernel or u can flash the latest doomlord kernel...the kernel is v5 i think...if not mistaken la...

I wonder how long that phone can last if he keep playing like that...especially at his phone's screen...

even though on WB6, it says no black screen after call, but after i flash xloud n bravia, all the problems still there.
fast battery drain also. if the battery level is more than 80%, i only tap2 around to sort my camera pic in Application Manager, every 5 minutes drop 1%, if the battery level is below 20%, every minute 1%. what the...

using same ROM now....quite nice...better than WB v6 and TEAM. battery drain wont so fast/much like WB ROM.
more end user tweak and configuration. the thing i like the best, can set the transparency....

few days ago also tried to flash doomlord kernel...but end up give up, cause doomlord kernel v5 doesnt allow flashing thru xrecovery, need to use flashtool...

guys, is WB's xloud n bravia can be used in other ROM?

guys, these two ROMs same or not? quite blur2 cause both also zmod and got wifi problem...
difference is zmod-vmod use doomlord kernel while CM7-VMOD use zkernel...

u use the ftf file and flashed it using xRecovery?
