The LCD is not fused with the main panel unless you change digitizer too...
Just get one from ebay and replace yourself. Quite easy. smile.gif
Oodie is more smooth. Wifi hotspot works in oodie.
*
Ah. Gotta try it out soon. But need to flash LockedBL.zip, right?

Tried TEAM ROM... somehow the homescreen doesn't feel smooth sad.gif and some screens like popup radio buttons have almost unreadable text, everything is black!!

Any other nice ROMs to try which is easy to flash without touching kernel and bootloader? Oodie MIUI seems hard to flash la.

Oodie MIUI can record 720P smoothly w/o problem

BTW, bye bye my X10.. Already posted to the next owner

U used Sony Ericsson Home or ADW? Sony felt smooth to me, ADW is laggy. Well yeah the theme is transparent so have to inform the dev on apps that have black text that can't be seen.
*
I used GO Launcher. Can't live without those big big icons hehe. Maybe I'll go back to stock ROM...

stock ROM sucks haha.. unless you flash the FPSUncap, AudioLagFix and BraviaEngine tongue.gif

But there's no tweaks or whatsoever lah.
*
Yes stock ROM with FPS uncap, audio fix. Bravia Engine, I read it only applies to the Gallery, is that true? Any way to add those mods like change battery icon, etc?

Ask you guys something. After using MIUI, I'm back on stock ROM, but I still see MIUI wallpapers and ringtones when I go to change wallpapers or tones. Why is that? I've factory resetted, wiped Dalvik cache, etc. Are they on my SD card? But I can't find them :|

With the right player, sure. MoboPlayer should do fine.
