Anyway, 100-200 unit will be release by developer? i dont think so! the reason being is Block D are going to launch very soon, and they release 100-200 unit now? are they slapping thier own mouth? hmm.gif
if jbutton was right...that is good coz ppls can buy a nice unit with higher pricing?

my fren have interest to ZR, he just went their sales office to check, Block B left few units due to loan application rejected...and the price was adjusted according the Block C price....

But Jbutton only said 100-200 units "WILL BE"....dunno when it will be happened le.....

seems like jbutton kor sapu-ed en bloc 100++ units... then 'khing ng tim sou' with developer, so release back the units to public later...

I think what Jbutton said will cause public panic and this will end up in lock up if we report this to the developer for further action.

The release of 100-200 units will only happen if tonight Bank Negara announces OPR rates by up another couple of percentage and you will see it will affected not only ZR but the rest of property buyers in whole country to cancel the purchase. Until then, just be confidence with your purchase and ignore the baseless speculation and jealousy investors.

No need guess guess or fed up...for these hv experience,...tis is very common tat a development (condo) hv abt 20-40% rejection rate due to bank loan issues..

And thus,to over come these circumstances,some reputable developer is 'smart' n stated non refundable of booking fees if loan rejected to save their admin time n paperwork to reissue cheque n refund to customers...

So not a big deal here, but he is using abt 100-200 units..tat only circumstance tat is bulk purchase or group purchase or booked by the agency then developer not allow trf name or 'under table' resulted they hv to release back to developer in period of time...so for this Z-Res I not sure...but I doubt up to 200 unit release back unless the reason I stated above...

i not supporting/ backing up Trinity Group , as i dont see any reason why should trinity group kept 100-200 unit?
and i dont think these 100-200 unit are loan rejected unit, because 97% are chinese and should less than 5% rejected rates.
i doubt so 10-20% reject rates.

I staying not far from Bkt Jalil, just that i wont purposely visit their site lo.....Its quite deep inside and road is narrow...hope that few years later things will change....(like Sanderson, it is deep inside but now they open a new road so the access to the main road become much easier)

Hi everyone, im new here. As 1 of the ZR buyer (1st time house buyer as well), really tension when read the bad “comments” abt ZR. I wonder only ZR post received the bad “comments” or other projects post also always kena kacau by those B*****d.
