I visited SDAC PJ yesterday and I too was surprised that the Focus rear legroom was rather stingy. Indeed not what I expect from a RM128k car.

Actually went to scout the Fiesta, then gf saw the focus, sat inside, then told me "Buy Focus la!!" doh.gif

Depends on the tint. I don't like the exterior. Heck, I don't like the XTR's blue dashboard either sweat.gif

Service Center along MRR2 is available. Under Trio Mantap.

Its on a road towards ampang ( on the hill where honda sales office is)
*
Trio Mantap = Sin Siang Hin. I'd avoid it like the plague due to my experience with Sin Siang Hin.

Not only Fords, they also service Mazdas there (Because Sin Siang Hin sells Mazda as well)

A lot of speculation right now in the property sector, they forgot one thing, while they can afford to buy the property to keep it and sell at a higher price, the vast majority of the population can't afford to buy the properties from them.

Once the price of a house reached more than half a million, they should try to understand on how much salary is required for others to buy it on a loan. Then they should look around and see how many people have a higher than required salary. Most of the time people who have enough salary to buy that house already owns a house. They will only buy another one as an "investment" hoping to sell it with a profit.

Bubble bubble bubble,...and its gonna burst soon thumbup.gif

Look at those premium condos that are sold out but never occupied, that should clue you in on how close to the brink we are.

It still balks me that ppl still prefer the dugong over the Fiesta Sedan, ecoboost or not.

less SC , after sale n space part is main obstacles.

You are right, SDAC has to invest in this aspect but there are no enough Fords sold to justify it I guess. Kinda like a chicken and egg dilemma.

On the other hand, I know some ppl buy toyota just for the brand. I tell my friends the Vios J has worse spec than a Saga, they look at me like I am mad. I am sure some reading this post is thinking the same thing.

May I ask why would you say so ?

Now they even come with 3 years free maintenance. How much do we spend on maintenance every year usually?
*
One is a B-seg hatchback, the other a C-seg sedan blink.gif I would think the roles they fulfil hardly overlap, no?

3 years works to around 6 maintenance intervals.
coz each interval is around 10k kms.
10k kms is roughly around 6 months.

korean and japanese car your service interval is every 5k kms.
5k kms is roughly around 3 months.

usual service for any car at authorize service center is 100-200 for normal service.
*
I was told by SA regular oil change for Fiesta at every 10k km interval is around RM300-400 (after 3rd year or 60k km)? hmm.gif

which one is your SA?
*
Kenny Siew.

He got me a decent discount (more than the original RM 3K for the LED TV) and took care of everything, so he's not bad.

The only downside was yesterday I had to wait half an hour for him to attend to me because he was attending to other customers when I arrived, kinda pissed me off a bit.

Anyways, congrats on your new fiesta!  flex.gif

What colour did you get by the way...
*
Thanks! it's a Metro Grey wub.gif Yea my FLX SE still less than a year old.

Loving the Fofi a lot, a very "calm" car to drive, doesn't feel like driving a small hatchback brows.gif

Actually Volvo also use this DCT as well.  icon_idea.gif

Actually the DCT (Ford named it Powershift Transmission) is a joint venture between Getrag and Ford.
