i tot those are real pipes but it isn't. its just stick on fake exhausts sad.gif sad.gif

I think if they were real pipes they would be less efficient imo though.

On a side note, I would like to wish all our Muslim fans and friends Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and for those who balik kampung please drive safe and have a wonderful journey ahead. icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes we mean we only have one rear fog light (bottom right), not reverse light.

Nehhhh, what if your air intake is insufficient compared to what your stock exhaust can expel? The fiesta's stock air intake is not much imo, if you take out your airbox they have drilled in a couple of extra holes discretely to aid in the air intake which is still insufficient.

On a side note, back to work guys! Hope you enjoyed your Raya holidays. smile.gif

Our engine bay is hotter than most cars, its normal. Either that or is your brake smell.

walau, if its really accurate, means that i can travel about 100km +- more la?? tats like 600km on a full tank when the engine isnt even run in yet yo! thumbup.gif

hands down to the TDCI man.
the fofi sedan spare rim issit like the sport rims or plain steel rim??

if it is like the original rim, u probably can put it on a weight scale like i did n check the tires weight online to get a rough weight calculation.

If you study internal combustion engines, you will know that a turbodiesel engine will always have better fuel efficiency and consumption than a petrol engine. Heck, a turbodiesel engine is the most fuel saving among all the other types of engines. Not taking hybrid cars into account. So, not much discussion there.

We have people reportedly going up to 1000km full tank on a Focus while on a Fiesta I think the best someone ever hit was 600+km. You are also comparing a 80k price range car to >100k car...

Its really up to the driver/ user la. If I had the budget I would go for a Polo GTI compared with a Focus, although Focus has better fc.

Polo gti is damn small lar, last time i also wanted to get one but after seeing the real car i just forget about it... Polo gti is stiff riding and not going to be as comfortable but for the pocket rocket type of buyer it's one of the best around  laugh.gif

I don't really care about comfort and all personally, if I can make you smell smoke ahahaha... brows.gif

Although I won't go to the level of buying a GTI and putting a BOT etc... standard must be there ehehe...

what about below the chassis? I'm currently using kx-f3 (taiwan brand) but I still want to add an UR anti-roll bar...

Don't have any plans for more bar for now. Wide tyres already make the car damn stable. If I am getting more, it would be the rear ARB and the front ARB in that order. But don't really need it right now and to be truth, scared the ride getting too hard.

If you still haven't upgrade your rims, I recommend you to do that 1st. Since no matter how strong/solid the chassis is, the handling is still limited by your tyres.

Just my 2 cents.

I feel that 195/50/16 is a decent size for powersliding sometimes... What i need is a stiffer ride though. From what I gathered it is most probably the suspension. But to change that is super costly... cry.gif

Nop... just personal interest ahahaha... I'm doing a Mechanical Engineering Degree and I have recently taken up an interest in cars. Besides all my housemates are pretty knowledgable on performance mods and share the same passion. One of them owns a turbo Satria GTI and he knows his car inside out.

The Fiesta isn't that much of a speed demon, but it is definitely something to play with. Next mod coming in about a week's time. =D

For jerking problem, I recommend installing a voltage stabilizer or two... it helps because the Fiesta's battery is rather underpowered...
