The fonts put C:\Windows\Fonts
The components C:\Program Files(x86)\Foobar2000\components make sure no double components. The spotifoo_1_3_1_by_br3tt-d35fg2d.zip put at C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\foobar2000 |

Select All, then go to menu bar, Edit -> Sort -> choose your sorting..

Choose "Sort by..", you can customize the sorting.
As for the timer, seems like the font isn't installed, hence overlapping. |
